Step One-Contact

Boardroom Audio Visual office hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm Saturday and Sunday. However, we do provide 24 hour on call service. Contact Boardroom Audio Visual at (770) 554-8900.


Step Two-Credit Approval

For open accounts, all customers must have a completed and signed credit application on file prior to first rental. Terms are net 10 days on established accounts. Until credit application approval is received, all rentals are C.O.D. Customers may use cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express. (Please allow time for check/credit approval.) Messengers or delivery services must show their corporate indentification before receipt of the equipment or a signed document from the Rentee before the release of the equipment or a signed document from the Rentee before the release of the equipment to an authorized driver.


Step Three-Conditions (General)

Rental prices are daily rates and are subject to change without notice. Weekly and monthly rates are available; Rental prices do not apply toward purchase; Applicable state and local taxes are additional to prices for rental, purchase and other taxable items; Equipment is guaranteed to be operable upon delivery or pick up to customer; Boardroom Audio Visual does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the performance of equipment beyond it being in working order when it leaves our premises.


Step Four- Conditions (Insurance)

Any loss or damage of said equipment will be paid for by the renter. Renter further agrees to pay for any charges incurred in recovering equipment not properly returned. If not returned by due date, additional charges will be made. Spares and blown lamps will be invoiced if not returned.


Step Five- Check-out and Check-in

Boardroom Audio and Visual personnel will review your package with you and you will be asked to sign an itemized packing slip indicating the package is in order. Boardroom Audio and Visual can provide a qualified review of the equipment package upon check-out of the equipment. However, this is strictly a review for qualified technical personnel and should not be interpreted as an instruction course.
